GUARANTEE- Crested Creations guarantees gecko/s that are shipped to be live and 100% healthy. I have a 14 day guarantee that the gecko/s you receive are free of any disease or parasites.

Conditions of guarantee:

1. You must provide the correct shipping address and someone must be present at that address to receive and sign for the package.
2. I ship next day air with UPS via shipyourreptile.com.. I am NOT responsible for any delays in shipping or of health issues and or d.o.a's due to late shipments.
3. The gecko/s you receive from Crested Creations must be housed away from your reptile collection (quarantined).
4. In the event your gecko/s arrive d.o.a. or are sickly you MUST contact me with in one hour from the time you sign for the package.

In the case of a DOA or unhealthy arrival you must notify me within one hour of receipt. Photographic proof will be required. If you cannot provide photographs, you will be required to send the expired/sick animals back via next day shipping at your own expense.

If the gecko/s begins to show signs of a health issue, you MUST contact me immediately so that I can try to help you fix the problem before it is too late. In the event that an animal needs to be replaced, a photograph and letter from a licensed veterinarian detailing the illness and/or explaining the cause of death will be required.

Should gecko/s arrive d.o.a. or not in good health you can pick out another gecko of equal value or pay the difference of a more expensive gecko plus the cost of shipping. If I have no other geckos that you want at that time I will give a credit to be used when I do have one you want.

GECKO TAILS

Geckos can drop their tails from time to time, sometimes for no apparent reason. This is a natural occurrence and I personally do not consider it a defect. In fact, I don't generally discount geckos that have dropped their tails. As such, I cannot be held responsible tails dropped during shipping. If the gecko you purchase has a tail in the picture it will be shipped with it's tail in tact.

GECKO COLORS

I try my best to take pictures when they are "fired up" so you can see their true beauty. I do NOT doctor my photos other than cropping. Most people say the gecko they receive is better looking then the picture. There are many factors such as environment, stress and the presence of food, the color and/or intensity of the color on most geckos does change drastically. Generally during the day they are dull in color and they "fire up" at night. Fire up means the colors pop (get bight). If after a week, if you don't like the color you can next day air the gecko back to me and I'll issue you a store credit. Again you pay all shipping charges.

SHIPPING TERMS

All shipping will be done on MY terms, no exceptions!! This is done to ensure the health of the gecko/s.

1. My shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I will not ship on Thursday because if there is a hold up from UPS you wouldn't receive until Monday and that's a risk not worth taking.
2. Shipping will only take place when the weather is safe to ship. The low temperature will be above 38 degrees and the high temperature no higher than 82 degrees and that's on both shipping ends. Heat or cold packs are available.

Should I not be able to ship due to bad shipping weather I promise you that I will continue to feed, water, and care for your gecko/s as if they were my own.

SHIPPING METHOD

Shipping will done with UPS next day air. In most cases you will receive by 10:30 a.m. the next day. If you live in a rural area might be later.

I use shipyourreptiles.com to save you some money on shipping and $50.00 is the shipping charge.

SCHEDULING SHIPPING

Once I receive full payment I will contact you to schedule shipping. I will never just automatically ship without contacting you first. I am more than happy to feed and care for animals until they can be shipped when it's convenient for you. There is no time limit, but it must be within reason. Your animal(s) will be cared for no differently than my own until they leave.
